Should i use testosterone/tribulus terrestris??
i am starting to work out again and i am wondering if i should use those pills because i am asian 5′ 7 3/4″ 155 and slim build from my hs sports days (primarily running) and i have trouble building bulk. i am wondering this because physically i look like i’m 10 years old and i am so damn pale that sometimes people say i look like a girl due to my baby face. is this because of lack of testosterone or what? i am pretty skinny and i have kinda narrow shoulders and i just wanna get more of that manly muscular look since i never see the usual results and the results always go away real fast. i need some help! is it testosterone or GH i’m lacking or what the hell is it? i’m confused but yeah need your guys’ advice
Certainly if you are concerned you should consult a doctor – a simple blood test would determine if there is any issue with hormone levels. You should check your testes size – if your testes are less than 2cm long you may have a deficiency which can be confirmed by your doctor.
Importantly, the deficiency is relatively easily treated with testosterone but this should always be done under supervision of your doctor.
